There's several ways to get a Chinese name even if you aren't Chinese.

The easiest method is to use a name generator found on the internet, for example, you can try this one
http://www.mandarintools.com/chinesename.html
It's pretty simple actually, just type in a English name in the Given and Family name slots, choose what your character desires the most, choose the gender and put in your character's birth date.
After you click the "Get a Name" button, you should see a red box with three Chinese characters in it. That's your name in Chinese. Under the red box, contains the definitions and meanings of each character, and also their equivilent form in English. You can click on the English equivilent of each character, and you will hear how the word sounds in Chinese. In Chinese, your surname always comes before your given name. After clicking the "Get a Name" button, I got:
Quote :
Surname (first character): Hong
Given name (middle character): Li
Given name (last character): sha

In Chinese, it's just HongLiSha, you read each character individually, your surname first, then your given name. In Chinese, your name is one word.
But when the name is translated into English, you don't just translate it directly. Your surname should be behind your given name, so your name would be Lisha_Hong. The middle character given name comes first, the last character given name comes right after the first character without capitalization. Lisha is your name in forename, and Hong is your surname. You CANNOT use your given name as the surname because while there's no restrictions on what your given name can be, there's only a list of characters that can be used as your surname. Also, surnames contain only ONE character, and it can't be more than one.

Once you have gotten a name you like, please apply on the Immigration Form with the name.

PLEASE NOTE:
I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CHARACTERS WITH WRONG NAMES! IF YOUR NAME IS INCORRECT, YOU WILL EITHER ASKED TO GET A NAME-CHANGE OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
